2. 令人愉快的;歡快的;愜意的 A jolly event is lively and enjoyable.
e.g. I was looking forward to a jolly party... 我期待著(zhù)有一個(gè)令人愉快的聚會(huì )。 e.g. She had a very jolly time in Korea. 她在韓國玩得很愜意。
3. (用于強調)很,非常 Jolly is sometimes used to emphasize an adjective or adverb.
